we urgently need lots of tombola prizes for the slp stall
please dig deep for any unwanted gifts and bottles etc you can bring them to kelso, the next meeting or on the day but lets do what we do best and fill that stall please if you havent donated before heres your chance to make a difference

You mentioned bottles for prizes.  Is that of the alcohol variety? cause I dont think we will be able to have them on the Tombola but they would be okay on the raffle.

Just athought and please shoot me down in flames cos you two are in charge.
As I understand it we have a tombola,a prize to ride on a Trike in the Parade and another raffle for a variety of donated prizes from Scarbro'.
Do you think we should have ONE special colour for the Trike prize,ONE special colour for donated prizes and the variety for the tombola. (or even one colour cos they all look to see what they want to win and only take that colour)OOh sceptical YES after years of it
Suppose if telephone numbers are on it makes no odds,just wanted to see if it made it more simple for you both??  
Only thinking that when its drawn you dont have to go through the whole serial number fiasco.

Oh and another thought we did have wine etc on the tombola(Filey) but kept aside some donations for anyone we couldnt
